What We Believe
We believe the Bible to be the inspired, the only infallible, and authoritative Word of God.
(“All Scripture is breathed out by God and profitable for teaching, for reproof, for correction, and for training in righteousness.” —2 Timothy 3:16)
We believe there is one God, eternally existent in three persons: Father, Son, and Holy Spirit.
(“Go therefore and make disciples of all nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father and of the Son and of the Holy Spirit.” —Matthew 28:19)
We believe in the deity of our Lord Jesus, His virgin birth, His sinless life, His miracles, His atoning death through His shed blood, His bodily resurrection, His ascension to the right hand of the Father, and His personal return in power and glory.
(“…‘Men of Galilee, why do you stand looking into heaven? This Jesus, who was taken up from you into heaven, will come in the same way as you saw him go into heaven.’ ” —Acts 1:11; see also John 10:33; Matt. 1:23; Heb. 4:15; John 2:11; I Cor. 15:3; John 11:25; Mark 16:19)
We believe that salvation can be neither deserved nor earned, but is the free gift of God given to those who accept it by faith.
(“For by grace you have been saved through faith. And this is not your own doing; it is the gift of God, not a result of works, so that no one may boast. For we are his workmanship, created in Christ Jesus for good works, which God prepared beforehand, that we should walk in them.” —Eph. 2:8-10; also see John 3:16; John 5:24; Rom. 5:8-9; Titus 3:5).
We believe in the resurrection of both the saved and the lost. They that are saved unto the resurrection of life and they that are lost unto the resurrection of damnation.
(“Do not marvel at this, for an hour is coming when all who are in the tombs will hear his voice and come out, those who have done good to the resurrection of life, and those who have done evil to the resurrection of judgment.” —John 5:28-29)
We believe in the spiritual unity of believers in our Lord Jesus Christ.
(“There is one body and one Spirit—just as you were called to the one hope that belongs to your call—one Lord, one faith, one baptism, one God and Father of all, who is over all and through all and in all.” —Eph. 4:4-6)
We believe in the present ministry of the Holy Spirit by indwelling the Christian, enabling Him to live a Godly life. (“For those whom he foreknew he also predestined to be conformed to the image of his Son, in order that he might be the firstborn among many brothers.” —Romans 8:29)

The Bible teaches that finding one’s true purpose and discovering meaning in life is found only in a personal relationship with God through His Son, Jesus Christ. Beginning that relationship is an act of faith, believing what the Bible says about God, us, and Jesus Christ. Our Statement of Faith is based on fundamental truths we learn from the Bible about that relationship. A simple help to guide us in taking this step of faith is the acronym, ABC. Admit, Believe, and Confess.
ADMIT that you are a sinner.
“For all have sinned and fall short of the glory of God.” Romans 3:23
BELIEVE that Jesus paid for your sins by His death on the cross.
“But God demonstrates His own love for us: while we were still sinners, Christ died for us.” Romans 5:8
CONFESS that Jesus is the Son of God, and commit your life to Him.
“That if you confess with your mouth that Jesus is Lord and believe in your heart that God raised Him from the dead, you will be saved.” Romans 10:9
If you want to explore this relationship further and would like to speak with someone, we would be happy to talk with you!
